Our friends at Berries and Flour (Champaign) provide fruit pulps and jams, nut flours and other exciting items to include in our bonbons. For the holidays, we have exclusive boxes of our Berries and Flour mixes available as a special gift for anyone who likes to try fun and interesting flavors.
One of DeLIXcious' most popular flavors includes Paw Paw (a native Illinois fruit similar to Mango) Passion fruit jelly with Earl Grey Ganache (Walnut Street Tea Co). Customers love this one!

Three Angels Family Farm
Honey is a great and delicious substitute for corn syrup in confections. We purchase honey from Three Angels Family Farm for caramels, ganaches and many of those scrumptious inclusions that make our truffles so delightful.
